چکیده
Soybean is a protein source food crop with high economic value. So far, national production has not been able to meet domestic demand resulting in continuing import of soybean. The use rhizobium and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) as biological fertilizers could be an alternative increase soybean production. research aimed investigate the effect dual inoculation on root nodules formation, AMF development, total-N available P Vertisols, yield This study was designed completely randomized design) 4 treatments namely no (R0), (R1), (R2), (R3), four replications. variables observed were number effective nodules, spore density, colonization, soil total-N, P, plant height, pods, seed weight. results showed that had better total- N, weight compared single un-inoculated

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and rhizobium facilitate nitrogen uptake and transfer in soybean/maize intercropping system
The tripartite symbiosis between legumes, rhizobia and mycorrhizal fungi are generally considered to be beneficial for the nitrogen (N) uptake of legumes, but the facilitation of symbiosis in legume/non-legume intercropping systems is not clear. Therefore, the aims of the research are as follows: (1) to verify if the dual inoculation can facilitate the N uptake and N transfer in maize/soybean i...

The response of pea (Pisum sativum cv. Avola) to arbuscular micorrizal fungi (AM) species Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices and Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. Viciae, strain D293 regarding growth, nodulation and nitrogen fixing activity was studied. Pea plants (Pisum sativum cv. Avola) were grown in a glasshouse until flowering stage (35 days) in 4 kg plastic pots using leached cinnamonic for...
متن کاملEffect of biochar on nitrogen retention in soil under corn plant inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi
Maintaining the levels of nitrogen in agricultural fields to ensure crop yield performance is challenging due to the complex dynamics of nitrogen transformation in soil. Nitrogen is mainly taken up by plant roots in the form of nitrate, but it is considered as an environmental pollutant that threatens human and animal health. Therefore, it is necessary to use adsorbent compounds to retain nitra...

Effects of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on Growth and Nutrient Uptake of Apple Rootstocks in Calcareous Soil
The effects of three Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) species (Glomus versiforme, Claroideoglomus etunicatum and Rhizophagus intraradices) were studied on the growth parameters and nutrient uptake of three apple rootstocks (M.9, M.7 and MM.106). The soil medium contained a high level of calcium carbonate (38.65%). The results showed that AMF inoculation could increase almost all growth parame...
